Pyramid Terms of Use

Effective date: 12 August 2026
Developer: GCO-SYSTECH-INC
Support contact: Privacy Contact Form

By downloading or using Pyramid, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service and eligibility

Pyramid is a free, ad-supported, peer-to-peer card game. It has no real-money gameplay, prizes, gambling, purchases, account registration, or scoring service. It is intended for people 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use it only with a parent or guardian’s permission.

Room codes and player conduct

The host creates a private room code. Keep it confidential and invite only people you trust. You are responsible for the code and display name you share. Do not use the app to harass, impersonate, deceive, distribute unlawful content, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with connections, or collect other players’ information.

The developer may change, suspend, or discontinue the app where reasonably necessary, including for security, legal, or technical reasons. Because gameplay is direct between players’ devices, the developer cannot moderate, recover, or guarantee a room or its game state.

Ads and third-party services

Pyramid displays Google AdMob ads and uses PeerJS/WebRTC networking. Your use of those services may also be subject to their applicable terms and policies. Ads are supplied by third parties; the developer does not endorse advertised products or services and is not responsible for their content, availability, or transactions.

Intellectual property

The app, its branding, game presentation, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These Terms grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the app for personal, non-commercial play. No other rights are granted.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. Connections, ads, and gameplay may be interrupted or unavailable. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting the revised version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, providing additional notice where required by law. Questions may be sent to our Privacy Contact Form.
